Recreational fishing equipment, including carbon and fiberglass angling rods, mechanical casting and spinning reels, braided and monofilament lines, artificial lures, terminal tackle, and fishing storage accessories. Product pages specify the contents, quantity and form of each item. Images are for illustration and the packaging may vary slightly.

Your order is registered when you finish checkout. We send an email confirmation, and the contract comes into effect at dispatch. If stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, we may decline the order and refund any amount paid.

Prices appear in JPY and include VAT when it applies. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. The accepted methods are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If a pricing error is obvious, we may correct it before dispatch and ask you to confirm or cancel the order.

The Delivery & Payment page lists delivery options, timeframes and charges. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over.

Product images are made from the goods we actually ship. The colours you see depend on screen calibration, browser and room lighting; a slight variation in shade is not a defect and does not justify a free return or compensation. Each product page lists dimensions, materials and contents.

We remain responsible for the goods until the courier delivers them to you or to the person you designated at the stated address. From then on, the risk of loss or damage is yours. Visible damage in transit should be recorded with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions set out on the Returns page. Hardware items are protected against manufacturing faults in accordance with the Civil Code of Japan and the Consumer Contract Act for 12 months from the date of receipt, excluding damage from rod blank impact, exceeding line test limits, or improper saltwater rinsing.

• Perishable organic baits and live bait items
• Unsealed scent-infused soft baits or liquid attractants with broken airtight packaging
• Line spools that have been cut, wound onto reels, or modified from factory length
• Fishing waders, footwear, or apparel that show contact with water or outdoor residue

The total statutory and contractual liability of J. MORITA MFG. CORP. for any claim relating to purchased items is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the customer for that order or ¥15,000, whichever amount is smaller. No provision in these terms restricts liability that the law does not allow to be restricted.

You need to be at least 18 to place an order. Products should be used as instructed on the label and are not a substitute for medical advice.

Under These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court., when a disagreement cannot be resolved through direct discussion, the matter is brought before the court competent for the seller's registered address. This does not affect the consumer protections available in your country of residence.
