How long data is held
Order data is retained for the period required by accounting law and then deleted. Account data remains until the account is closed. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan, customers hold legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, suspension of use, and discontinuation of provision to third parties of their retained personal data by contacting our compliance desk.
Security
MORITA MFG does not collect or process payment card information. Customer payments are completed solely via Cash on Delivery or Direct Bank Transfer, eliminating the collection of digital card credentials on this website.
