Selecting your tackle: each product listing details materials, mechanical tolerances, and intended water applications. Review the specifications, read field notes, and place the item in your cart.
Order
Settling the account: pay in cash upon courier handover or remit funds via direct bank transfer. An immediate order confirmation containing your reference number follows.
Dispatch
Dispatching the gear: parcels placed prior to our daily cutoff depart the workshop the same business day, packed securely and handed to an insured carrier with tracking.
Use and return
Rigging and inspection: test the gear against your requirements. Should you change your mind, return the assembly within 30 days under the conditions set out on our Returns page.

Our reel bodies, pliers, and spool housings are machined from solid billet stock, ensuring structural rigidity under sustained drag pressure without flexing.
Marine-Grade Passivated Stainless
Drive shafts, pawls, and fasteners use 316 stainless steel treated with chemical passivation to withstand prolonged exposure to brackish and coastal water.
Individual Caliper and Torque Auditing
Every single mechanical reel and plier hinge undergoes manual tolerance checks and drag verification at our workbench prior to packing.
Direct Bench-to-Door Packaging
Orders are packed in reinforced, recyclable corrugated containers with molded pulp inserts, preventing transit shock without excess plastic wrap.
Common questions
What metal alloys are used in the construction of your reels and tools?
Our reel bodies, rotors, and pliers are CNC-milled from solid blocks of 6061-T6 aluminum, finished with a heavy-layer protective anodization. All critical rotating axles, bail wires, and structural screws are cut from 316 marine-grade stainless steel to prevent galvanic corrosion when used in salt water.
What payment methods do you accept, and how does fulfillment work?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) directly to the carrier upon arrival, as well as upfront domestic bank transfer. Orders confirmed before our daily bench cut-off at 15:30 on business days are dispatched the same day via tracked domestic courier.
What is your policy regarding returns and refunds?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Items must remain completely unused, free of line spooling or cosmetic scuffs, and returned in their intact original packaging. Once inspected at our bench, we initiate your refund via bank transfer.
